Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights when ordering from Tiny Writing Hands in the United Kingdom.

1. Your right to cancel

For products purchased online, you may cancel your order without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 calendar days beginning the day after you receive the goods.

To notify us of your decision, email idomainfo@gmail.com and include:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The products you wish to return

After notifying us, you must send the goods back within a further 14 calendar days.

2. Condition of returned products

To receive a full change-of-mind refund, products should be returned:

• Unused and unwritten in
• Without marks, stains, tears or other damage
• With all books, pens, refills, grips and accessories included
• In their original packaging where reasonably possible

You may inspect the product as you would reasonably inspect it in a physical shop. Opening the packaging solely to inspect the product does not automatically remove your right to cancel.

However, if the product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we may reduce your refund to reflect its diminished value.

Examples include:

• Writing or drawing inside the workbooks
• Using the disappearing-ink pen or refills
• Missing books, pens, grips, refills or accessories
• Torn, stained, bent or otherwise damaged pages
• Damage caused after delivery

Written-in workbooks and used writing accessories may have little or no resale value. The corresponding deduction may therefore equal the full product value, resulting in no product refund.

These conditions do not affect your rights when a product is faulty, damaged when delivered, incorrect or not as described.

3. Obtaining the return address

Before returning any product, please contact us at idomainfo@gmail.com and provide your full name and order number.

We will provide the correct return address and return instructions by email without undue delay.

Please do not send the product back to the address printed on the original parcel. This may be the address of a shipping partner and not our designated returns facility.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, the goods must be sent to the return address provided within 14 calendar days.

Contacting us for the return address does not limit your statutory right to cancel.

4. Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return postage.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your proof of postage until the return has been completed.

If the product is faulty, damaged when delivered, incorrect or not as described, Tiny Writing Hands will cover the reasonable return cost or provide another appropriate return solution.

5. Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they have been sent, we will inspect the return and notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

For eligible cancellations, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

If you selected a more expensive or express delivery method, the difference between that service and our standard delivery charge will not be refunded.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund in your account.

6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

The requirement for products to be unused does not apply when they are faulty, damaged when delivered, incorrect or materially different from their description.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers may have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days. Further rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund may continue after that period.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, email idomainfo@gmail.com and include:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs or videos where possible

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different product, please return the eligible item under this policy and place a new order.

8. Cancellations before dispatch

To request cancellation before dispatch, contact idomainfo@gmail.com immediately.

We will attempt to cancel the order, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or fulfilment has started.

If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return procedure described above will apply.

9. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable UK law.
